No customer toilet, no carrier bag recycling, you need a receipt to get out of the self service and there's never enough staff on tills, parking you have to to verify rather than just getting your 90minutes which isn't actually long enough for a big shop if you happen to have children with you or you have to go at busy times and getting through the checkouts takes a long time. Would be 1 star but the staff have always been friendly and helpful to be fair to them!
Rude staff! Trying to prevent my elderly mother from leaving the store!nnAfter my mother had issues with carrying her shopping out the receipt gates due to an injured shoulder, she asked the staff member, accidentally blocking her passage to kindly allow her to pass, the staff then ignored my mother and then proceeded to laugh with her colleagues over the radio. My mother then asked numerous times, but was ignored. My mother then resorted to videoing the staff member who was blocking her passage. As my mother was finally able to leave, another staff member told her on her way out that she wasn't allowed to film and then informed her that she is not allowed to leave the shop while calling the manager. Detaining my elderly mother without any grounds. The manager arrived and kindly apologised for the staff members actions.nI'm really disappointed about these events!
Nice big store with plenty of products. Store looked clean and tidy. You need to log your car reg for the car parking or else you will get charged. Not many signs and nearly missed this fact.
I used to frequently shop here but my recent experience has probably pushed me to alternative supermarkets. The only tills open were the self service and we had a considerable trolley shop which was not suited to the small self service areas. Adding to our annoyance was the irritating machine that constantly needing correcting by the one member of staff. Not a pleasant or efficient experience at the end of the day.
Went into this store this evening and wanted to use the tills as I had a trolley full of shopping the manger Bash said its cash only, witch is stupid considering they have card machines on them! I then told him ill part cash rest on card! So he served me and then tried to transfer my shopping over to the self checkout for the remaining payment that was needed by card, the worst customer service I have ever received and from a manager called Bash!
