As a shop assistant at Waitrose myself, I am appalled by the service here. I didn’t realise that if you spent more than 2 minutes there harmlessly and peacefully BUYING THERE PRIDUCTS to be followed around, asked to hurry up and then to top it off, asked not to return because the staff member simply ‘does not like the way I am shopping’. Safe to Say I will not be coming back and a formal complaint will be made to your head office.

Surprisingly large place with broader selection than most convenience stores. Has self service checkouts which can save you some time when the place is busy.

Always a queue at the checkouts whenever I visit. Poor selection of food. Stock levels way out of proportion for items e.g. a while shelf dedicated to frozen onion rings. 3 rows of them why not have 1 row and 2 other items.

Always looks like it has a huge queue but actually moves very quickly and get served within a minute or two even when you start way back into the store.

Small and cramped but has done it's best at cramming in a great amount of choice. Fruit and Veg through to cupboard fillers and wine. Very handy for self-catering top-up.
