Excellent customer service. The staff has been always really nice, kind and pointing at the products when is needed. Spacious parking space. The products are excellent!

Great super market. Lovely calm atmosphere, however depending what time off day you visit some items are no longer on the shelf so you have to find staff to get some more. Now only 90 minute parking allowed.

Great shop with good election of items. Few years ago they had number of childish staff. This is because they had a strange policy of hiring lots of 15 year olds.This changed recently and it's now a lot nicer. I visited their cafe 5 times this month and on two occasions they were out of jam. Had to settle for marmalade. Their hot chocolate is really nice.

Nice friendly staff, the store is always clean and we'll presented. Food is always good quality. Only criticism is that there's not much reduction on things going out of date. I don't like food wastage.

Indirect Racist felt by staff. I spoke to management and also called and wrote a letter to head office and they still have not replied ..
