Well arranged shelves and clean environment. The customer service is too notch and very polite and helpful. Can get virtually everything from here.
The store is well stocked, but staff mistreated my partner by ordering her around at the self checkouts, seemingly because she was a female with a push chair. So, be warned ladies with kids in push chairs, don't use the self check outs. Otherwise, you will irritate staff with delusions of self-importance and be ordered to move out of the self checkout area to somewhere else, thereby making them feel like they've accomplished important work.
If you’re not going to man any tills and make us scan our own shopping, at least get self service tills that work. No phone signal and all the staff just look depressed.
Don’t go in this store after 6pm. There is one person who works on the kiosk they are dealing with online orders and gets the hump when you want to be served. There is one more members staff having to deal with all the self serve tills roughly 20. Disgraceful store, no staff whilst prices are increasing they are only interested in profit. Go to the small Tesco on Croydon Road or the coop on Albemarle instead.
Absolutely amazing Sainsbury’s. They have literally everything you can think of from baked goods to oriental to British classics. Even found a gem of Sainsbury’s Indian and Chinese takeaway bags which I’d never seen before.
