There is parking available, but not lots of them. Prices are good and stock is usually good apart from the promotions. There is no help desk. Staff is helpful, sometimes they look cranky, not always with friendly smile. I've never had any problem over there, products are displayed in the correct place, prices as well. Good prices makes me shop there.

Love Lidl. Food quality just as good as M&S (some of their products are made by the same factory to the same recipe, after all), the prices are low and the food authentically sourced. The breads,.cakes and pastries baked in-store are a revelation, and their cheese straws are cheesy unlike Sainsburys', which taste absolutely foul by comparison. In fact Lidl is a revelation. There are so many surprises in-store, I'd be here all night so my recommendation is not to do a top-up shop there, but go in for your main shop and you'll feast like a king (or queen) for half the price of your usual supermarket.

This branch of Lidl used to be a Kwik Save (remember them??). It's fine and has all the usual Lidl fare including a small bakery. The store seems very tired and drab though and really could use a complete refurb - those hideous yellow tiles!! Staff try their best. Rumour is they will relocate to the site of the current Sainsbury's store nearby once that closes later this year. Hopefully they revamp it before they move in as it's equally shabby.

The staff in your Beckenham store were really kind and helpful to me today when I lost my purse. I returned to the store an hour or so later with cash to do my shopping having cancelled my cards and they recognised me and were able to tell me that my wallet had been found and they had kept it safe for me. Although your Eltham branch is nearer to my home address, I like to also go to the Beckenham branch because they are so friendly and helpful.
