Wonderful Market, amazing products however I have no luck with it's bakery services. There is no willingness to help customers at all. It is the 4th time I went there for a specific bakery product, it is there next to the staff to wrap, but always asked to come back in 30/40 minutes. It is frustrating when you choose to buy in one place and end up buying in another one. Product 5 stars,true hospitality 1/2 star.
M&S was all about service 15–20 years ago. Now it’s mostly self-service, little eye contact, and not much customer care — though the shelves are fully stocked
Ive been a regular customer for 12 years and in all the times I’ve shopped I’ve never seen a member of staff so rude as to a girl named rose.nnI’ve had multiple incidents with this staff member, I’ve asked her for help finding items and she has claimed to gone looking but has walked over to another member of staff called Keira and talked to her for 5-10 minutes and never returned.nnMy husband has witnessed and been at the hand of her rude behaviour as she has bluntly said to customers to ask someone else but that member of staff will lead us to an area that she is in.nnA final incident was last Sunday when I had asked a lady about if there was any stock on an item I was looking for and she but in saying we didn’t have any but later I walked past and over heard her saying that “is she blind we clearly don’t have any if it’s not out”nnI would ask the management to talk to her about how she treats customers and how she talks in general on the shop floor
Thank you to the lovely M&S staff member who sorted out my returns parcel when I had messed up the paperwork and the packaging! Your help was so much appreciated. I’ll know what to do next time.
A lazy woman employee from M&S painted outside the store so carelessly she has ruinned our high street. All along the building paint on the new paving. No other store would do this. I bet she wouldn't do this at her home. Lackadaisical and slapdash. Management need to investigate her
