I tried to top up my electric here and the man serving behind the till tried to charge me an extra 50p which is not allowed. When I told him that he was not allowed to change customers any extra for using the pay point service, he told me that he would not serve me and to leave his shop! This is disgusting customer service and fraudulent! I will never shop here again!
