Waitrose

After a horrific visit to Morrison's Bilston started shopping at Waitrose in January this year- best thing I have done! Staff exceptionally helpful, store always clean, choice and value for money is second to none. Highly recommended

Like gods waiting room. Great shop and produce but don't bother if you're expecting to have a quick dash around to grab a meal-deal and set off again quick. Over priced on some items but you kind of expect that at Waitrose anyway.

I take my dry cleaning to the johnsons counter and they’re always friendly staff. Today I took some suits in and about half hour later I had a call off a lady called Paula from the store to tell me I’d left quite a bit of cash in one of the jackets. She wouldn’t accept any money from me as a thank you neither

You pay extra money for convenience having your own space when shopping and push a high class trolley and check out yourself cause the staff can't be bothered attitude don't want to serve you system. Consumer has plenty of choice than going there. Head to tesco or sainsbury instead

Called in to store to do a little shop as needed a few bits for the week and low and behold both coffee machines are out of order, done shopping and went to get a coffee from the cafe, cant have it unless i pay extra and buy something else, bang out of order. Sort it out waitrose wolverhampton your getting like asda cound give a monkeys about your customers........
