Took a friend shopping and had lunch in there cafe. Must say the worst meals I've eaton part of the meal was cold and portions were small. The pictures on the menu are nothing like what they serve up, just nasty.
Incorrectly accused of stealing because I was in my work uniform. Called up customer services and I was given the complete wrong information so my time was wasted. I am just frustrated and annoyed with this treatment from there team. Would not recommend at all.
As far as super markets goes I have to say that this Morrisons is actually pretty great it's always clean and well presented the lay out is easy to navigate.
My experience of this store is more about what happened when I left the store. As I walk towards the disabled parking I passed out a very kind customer came over to see if I was ok followed by 4 members of staff even though they knew I was ok they stayed with me until someone had fetched my husband who was packing the car. He knows how to get me up off the floor but the girls stayed & helped me up & while he fetched the car. So it's a big 5 stars for you today but
Woman on salad bar completely vile rude and like we were inconvenience snapped at us saying wait till I bring tongs out then the way she grabbed the tray carrying them in anger some dropped on the floor. I asked if she had large salad trays NO she said then asked if she had any boiled eggs NO what's there is what we have we haven't had delivery. Obviously totally unhappy to be at work and it was only 10am this person needs some customer service training where is service with a smile gone.
