Using my husbands google account to post a review. The co-op has always been my local shop I’ve used for shopping but never again will I step foot through those doors. Today I was shopping in store, picked up two items off the shelf and went to the till to pay. At this point I saw that the queue was very large and my daughter who has autism started to get very upset as she does not like busy places. I put the items back as I decided to come back later at a quieter period and left the store. I got half way home when a car pulls up in front of me, a man climbs out and starts waving a badge in my face. I was scared and intimidated as I had my daughter with me and didn’t know what he wanted at first. He then proceeded to accuse me of theft very publicly. Never have I felt so embarrassed in my life. I offered to allow myself to be searched but he refused. He told me he had watched me put something in the bottom of the pram and when I revealed my child toy which she had brought with her when she came he didn’t even offer an apology simply drove off. I am disgusted with this company’s approach to accusing people of theft and think new policees need to be put in place

Close and convenient good food I like the free parking and you can pay for everything  by card even the lottery.

Convenient late opening store with some decent deals too. Never had a problem parking here.
