A small but adequately stocked store.nI was able to find all I required for my top up shop.nEasy to navigate around the store, although the odd number of aisles, mean you have to double back to reach the tills.nStaff didn't look to be happy in their work, but were pleasant enough.nA smile could have earned 5 stars.
First time using this Lidl and the Last, We were shopping and Wife my who has medical condition and has to use the toilet asked and was rudely told NO it's for Children and Old people only, Discrimination at it's finest, well that's fine our Money is only for another Supermarket now, so we get to the till and had some rude last with a bad attitude serving us, I won't go into detail it's pointless, definitely won't be shopping at Lidl again if that's how they train staff.
I have shopped at Lidl Willenhall branch from the first day it opened one or two days a week till this day and will continue doing so. I have always found the staff to be pleasant and very helpful, ask a question if they can answer it, they will and i have asked on many occasions and I ask a lot. Take into account that we're not always at our best every day. Who is? Not me.
Great little store, nice selection of items on offer, would be great if there was a till for 10 items or less or some self check outs to improve queue times
I like to Shop in this lidl but one of the old lady from staff is having very bad attitude She dose not talk Nice to coustmers And make a very bad face. Everytime i go there i avoid going to her lane but sometime there is only one lane open which is my very bad luck. All thé staff helps me out anytime i needed except this lady. One day She refuse to Sell me some item because She dose not what to leave thé seat and go for check missing barcode And my kid really wanted the toy. And today She make me stresses due to asking a simple question about thé lidl plus and replied very Rudly. If only one lane is open at any Time i very request not to put her on cash machine please. Thanks have a good day.
