I shop in this store every week, either on a Thursday or Friday, and I'm always served by the same lady on Till 1. I think her name is Tish. She is always so friendly, polite, and welcoming, with excellent manners, and she always makes customers feel valued. She consistently goes above and beyond for customers on the tills, even when some customers are rude to the staff. Despite that, she remains calm, professional, and kind to everyone. Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service are among the reasons I enjoy shopping here each week. She is a real credit to the store, and I wanted to make sure her hard work and dedication are recognised.
Poor stock rotation. Staff are good except for the black girl on the tills. She's chatting far too much to her colleagues whilst ignoring customers. And when she's not chatting on tills she's texting. It's extremely rude
Visited 16/04/26 went through till 5 @ 11:30nHonestly never have I been made to feel such an inconvenience for being there by the so called gentlemen on till 5. His way of abruptly putting my food onto the counter was just shocking….all because i wasn't as fast as him putting it into my trolley not into bags straight into trolley.never have I experienced this at any Lidl or supermarket before. I work in retail for a large retail company and never would any of my staff act like this. Very disappointing 0/10
Ok store but only 1 till staff 2 if busy will be shouted over and always trying to shut the doors 10-15mins earlier to leave at the closing time not open till the times stated which wastes peoples journeys and not fair on people old or with health conditions.
Excellent value for money, with friendly and helpful staff. I always seem to come out with random items that I'd had no thought of buying before I saw them! Last time was rechargeable work light, yesterday a tape gun! Who knows what will be next
