The staff at this Lidl are lovely, but Jesus do they take the micky with the tills. Almost every single time I go in, there's only one till open, resulting in massive queues down the aisles. You're lucky if they briefly open two tills! It's become a joke in our household of 'popping next door to Lidl for some milk, see you in an hour!' because you can guarantee the wait at tills is ridiculous. They need self checkouts installed STAT, or to just start actually putting more staff on tills. The second they think the store isn't too busy, they close a till, only for queues to go up the aisle again 5 mins later.
Can u av words with ya security guard with a beard quite tallish plz, cuz every time I walk in he's always watching me, like the once I av a bag with me he wer watching every wer i go as tho I'm gna nick, but I thawt y wud I wanna nick I'm not like that so sort it out.
Decided to pop in lidl Willenhall while passing on my journey home. The idea was to pick up a few necessary essentials. Was pleasantly surprised, did my whole shop. The shelves were well stocked on most items, also did not have to manover round the staff filling the shelves blocking all the aisles. Well done Willenhall.
Great store. Always plenty of parking even at busy times.nA large selection of quality products. Clean tidy and always well stocked.
Walked into Lidl new road willenhall as soon as I entered an assistant said on her ear piece is it the one with the green coat on when I got to the top of the isle another assistant was waiting for me I asked her what's wrong but before she could answer the manager came out to deal with the situation I told him I wasn't happy being watched like a criminal and he said you have a bag on your back I looked around and everyone had bags I said do I look like a criminal because I'm carrying a bag? He then said someone looking like me had stolen the other day I said it wasn't me and he agreed I use Lidl 7 days a week and it's not the first time I have been accused by the two female members of staff I should have the right to shop as everyone else and not be under suspicion because I had a rucksack the manager and two female staff need retraining as there ability to handle a situation was disgraceful and should never had occurred shame on you Lidl for employing incompetent staff who clearly have no idea in customer service I was left upset humiliated and disgusted
