Asda Great Bridge Supercentre

Not my local store. But needed to buy some homewear items and as this is a "Supercentre" I expected to find everything I needed.this was not the case the whole of the homewear department looked like it had been looted. Also please sort out the toilets THEY SMELL, I wasn't the only one trying to hold my breath. It smelt like an alley used by all the local cats

Always out of items and food and some of the self-help assistants are rude and very nasty. I've been spoken to like a child from an old fashioned vile teacher and was accused of not scanning items which I had done. They make you go home so angry .I've shopped in asda for years spending alot of money per week but I'm coming to a stage where I don't need the stress of wondering how they want to embarrass me next and have contemplated shopping elsewhere .I would also like to add that some business owners must be coming in to buy food items in bulk for their restaurants leaving none for regular customers.i have have seen them purchasing trolley loads of cucumbers etc,maybe not for wholesale either way they are buying in "BULK",also there is never any asda white vinegar and I shop 3 times a week .There are many more things I could add one being is to check your receipt as I have purchased things supposedly reduced only to find they are not when I get home and check .I look forward to another cold hearted smart response!

Customer service team need sorting out! Just plain rude. Working in c/s myself i would hate to think someone of walking away from my till as angry as i was made to feel today. Such poor customer care i only wanted to return some baby clothes

I normally have to go to my local asda in sedgley but after getting fed up of trying to get round the store when the staff are trying to stock shelves because apparently they dont do it at night when closed now must be they dont want to pay the wages anyway apart from its dangerous and they block the aisles off I decided to go to great bridge asda this morning to get xmas shop only to find pallets all across the aisles and half the aisles blocked off and hardly anything on the shelves I decided to just get the bare minimum then to make matters worse the tills were shut and it's all mainly self serve now Asda new owners must be penny pinching anyway bye bye asda no more I'm done with asda hello aldi

Done a on line shop delivery for the 12 of January. Six of the items had a 2 day use by date on . When its meat and fresh produce this isnt good enough.

I walked into my local Asda great bridge to get a few items for tea tonight and my god what a complete shambles it was. First off the place is a complete mess from empty cardboard boxes left on shelves to home shop staff with trollies just blocking the aisles having a casual chat. Went round to pick some oranges and I was put off by the disgusting state of them. They were rotten and riddled with fruit flies and there were many bunches like it. Next I popped up stairs to realise that half the aisles were not accessible due to pallets with stock on blocking the way and no staff to be seen to ask if they could be moved. After I got my last few items I headed to a self service basket till and this for me was the final nail in coffin. 15 minutes to get 10 items through a till due to 1 person Manning the whole section plus the trolley side as well. The lady who was operating the section was rude and unhelpful and I could see she didn't give a toss about the people standing there waiting for assistance with self service checkouts she was more interested in walking away to have a chat with other colleagues. Anyway I paid for my shopping and off I was out the door till the so called bags for life had developed a fault which caused the top of bag to rip in half causing my shopping to fall out on the carpark. The place has really gone downhill especially customer service wise and we are looking into new places to do our shopping.

Very disappointed with recent visit. The whole store had a very untidy feel and look about the place. Shelves overall were very untidy not many cash tills open possible due to lack of staff

. My only complaint is there aren’t enough small trollies for the likes of me because I have an arthritic hip I find the large trollies too hard to manoeuvre. Please get more small ones at ALL your stores please x

Shopped in asda great bridge today, wanted to print some photos but was unsure how to use the machine, asked two members of staff who said it was nothing to do with them, I printed one and was charged 60p when the back board said all photos any size 49p,falsr advertising and prices, will not be using this store again, really not helpful staff at all

Asda what are you doing with the cat food. Leaving it in the heat I am guessing. It's stinks my cats won't eat at all. We buy our cat food from this Asda 90% of the time and the food we have brought recently is nasty. I have even tried a fresh box to see if it makes a difference nope nothing. I will be contacting head office and this is not good. You are gonna make cats poorly if you are storing the car food wrong. Sort it out.
