Food absolutely amazing here really loved the chips. Staff fantastic, great service very friendly. Didn’t have to wait too long for food. They have great deals on which means amazing food for an even better price. Would definitely be going back here. They have a selection of different meals so suitable for the whole family.Food: 5/5
Lovely place lovely staff,and food delicious update!! 2nd time we went steak was chewy and inedible for my partner so he asked the person who was serving us to sort it out but that young member of staff was very cheeky and told us to take our food to the chef because he had clocked off or to come back next day when he was back on shift,which was confusing that he expected us to take the steak into kitchen ourselves,but spoke to another member of staff which he offered free drink and dessert. Kid-friendliness: Took a 18month old and a newborn and they were fab about them being noisy.
Just spent the afternoon in the Waggoner watching the Rugby. Made to feel very very welcome, the food was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Met a great bunch of ex- rugby players which all added to the great atmosphere. Would highly recommend. Thank you. Smith.Food: 5/5
Some of the best staff, you'll ever find! Always friendly, kind and helpful without lurching around. The meal deals are great value and if you get a meal with onions, they can't be beat! Dessert menu is ok, but more options would be nice.Food: 5/5

One of the nicest burgers I've had in a long time, food prices are very reasonable for the portions but the beers etc on tap are a bit above the average for the area in terms of price. Good service and banter from the staff. Well worth itFood: 5/5
Ate here a few times now and we're never disappointed. Prices are reasonably especially for the portion sizes! We went for our daughters 18th birthday meal as she loves their chicken burgers. My partner done a challenge and I always get the wings challenge because I love wings! My other daughter always gets the steak and had a hunters topper with it and the steak is always cooked the way she likes. IIt was delicious. We'd also recommend the millionaires fries. As a whole the meal was great, great staff, clean and comfy dining experience with a great choice of drinks. We'll be back!
Great place for a reasonably priced bite to eat. Thursdays especially after 8pm as they sell 2 pints of Madri or Birra Moretti for 7 quid! Can all get 2 mains for 12 quid during the week. Quiz night on a Thursday is also a bonus!Food: 5/5
Staff here are absolutely lovely and so welcoming. The food was gorgeous. I had the hunters chicken skillet and my boyfriend had the the big Mexican. Reasonable prices aswell and the pub itself inside was lovely and there is an outdoor area aswell. It's also dog friendly which is a bonus.
It's pretty much what you expect from a large pub chain, it's standard fare the food is well cooked and well presented, the service was a little slow considering there was nobody in the place when we were there, it is in the sort of price bracket that most pub chains operate in and has different specials on most days of the week, it's convenient for a quick lunch or tea without needing to book, as an update we have recently had the golden years offer a few times Sept 2023 £4.49 for 2 courses or £5.99 for 3 courses, although this is a smaller portion size it is perfectly adequate and was very enjoyable
