Well it’s a pub out in the sticks which I definitely wanted to call back in and sample the atmosphere but I was totally blown away how busy it was I have been in pubs in the centre of Halifax or hudds 1 or 2 customers in this had at least a dozen or more bodies in plus they kept walking in has I was 3 pints deep . Bar staff very friendly very accommodating both ladies plus the locals are plus it’s a dog friendly pub plus kids it seems like a community hub which caters for all walks of life and for my second visit I felt very welcoming has a stranger from rastrick I must admit places like this are priceless plus a pool table n retro pac man which was out of order but looked amazing honestly I do admire the place it’s warmth also the fire place
Stunning, every time I go in this place it gets better. The decor is modern yet I felt like I was in local pub. Perfect. The trees and small yet tastefully done Christmas only added to the feel while the fire was roaring. The flames were well kept. A band was setting up as I left. So live music and I was greeted like I go there every day.
Opened up early for us which is a first, plush decor and seating... Fab range of drinks. The member of staff working yesterday afternoon was great.. Well worth a visit... I've driven passed for years so feel a little that I've been missing out

Friendly service, decent pint, nice decor etc..... Nicely run decent local pub, with Friendly owners/ staff... Next time I'll try the food.
Lovely pub, staff very friendly. Just called in for a quick one when passing but would like to go back.
Still the best pub in the village, great outdoor space, loads of room inside, a massive selection of drinks draft, bottles and spirits. Bar staff are great and on point, definitely suggest this place to go have a drink, relax or have a laugh.
Good big pub lots of choice to drink. Friendly bar staff too...
