Staff are always very friendly. While this is a chain and not really authentic I'm still always impressed by Wagamama as time and time again they bring out good food. I've been here a couple of times and the only bad thing was once the ice cream I was given had a bad texture from partially melting and being refrozen. Apart from that the mains and starters I've had here have been really good, they have a good range of drinks and fruit juices and I'll probably be back again before the year is out.

First time to this Wagamama’s & although very busy Wednesday night we had a great time. The food was good but the staff made our experience very enjoyable. All very helpful & friendly especially our young waiter Jack

all I can say that its incredible. the staff are bubbly and easy to approach, when I ordered the food came quicky which I'm impressed with considering the restaurant is always full, so overall a lovely environment to be in. although I ordered something simple, the flavour was amazing, with added seasonings and a good portion I was full within minutes. I would highly recommend this place.
