Had afternoon tea here with friends and we all agreed it was brilliant. Good selection of teas to pick from and great selection of sandwiches and cakes. Service was excellent and we were well looked after, would definitely reccomend!

Visited the assembly House for a company event and was blown away. I had never been before and was taken aback from the grandeur of the place. The staff were helpful and the room we were in was really cool. The only bit of a critique that I had was it did smell a bit musty. But I guess it comes with the age of the building.

A beautiful building. Restored after a major fire some years ago. Art, theatre in the round by 'the Great Hall BC Players', various music events, great food from breakfast to lunch and dinner. Lovely uplifting place with wonderfully spot on staff .

We came here for afternoon tea and it was wonderful. They've extended the sweet bits with some creative and delicious cakes, and the service is friendly and welcoming
