Excellent excellent excellent.. service was impeccable from polite, courteous staff and a proactive management approach. It's not often you feel like a valued customer in a chain restaurant, but they have nailed it at wagamama Dorchester. If I could give ten stars I would.. will definitely be back

Great food. Good service. Only the price prevents it getting 5 stars. Too expensive.

First experience at wagamamas. Food was lovely. When I first seen my portion I thought it was small but it filled me up. Staff were friendly and talkative.
