Taking a Hilux in for a service on a 65 plate after the service the cleaners damaged my seat leaving a mark on it I went back in to show someone the mark then the cleaner decided to scrub the mark and  put loads of different chemicals on the stain my 11 month old baby was in the back of the car and the fumes was very strong I asked the cleaner to stop but couldn't understand a word of English even the lady at the side of me who works at Hilux Shrewsbury Toyota said please stop but he still continued to scrub until she grabbed his hand this all happened in November 2017 and still going on till this day.
I have left it in the managers and Paul Harrison who insures me that he would resolve this matter and that it is perfect because he wanted to get rid of the cleaners and that they cause trouble and don't clean the vehicle's properly.
Paul Harrison set up a meeting for me to meet someone I thought it was from the company director but it turns out it was one of the cleaners directors I think and on the day I booked off work to turn up for the meeting which he did not even bother to turn up only me and Paul Harrison was in the room and he said sorry I can't apologise enough.
Going from there I waited a long time for my leather to arrive for them to fit my leather seat... What a mess the seated look like it went through a tumble dryer the logo on the seat was 2 inches higher than my other seat I took the car back to Paul Harrison to view the very bad workmanship that went into the seat his words was it is a mess I'm very sorry we shouldn't have even let it go out like that.
Going further on they decided to clean my old leather that has been scrubbed and Rubed away and re fitted by a professional leather fitter my seat now the logo invincible x is barely visible and you can still see where the stain has been on my seat.
Moving further on and forward trying to get in touch with directors to resolve this ongoing problem I spoke to doug the director of the company today who has tried to forced me into only two options 1 replace all leather but not the leather interior inside the middle no on the doors I said this would look a mess if he just replaces the one leather on the seats.
The second option is offering me £1,000 to take my car and go and buy another one from somewhere else I am shocked and appalled by what they have done and continue to still do so I am shocked at these so-called professionals at Toyota leaving on a £30,000 car and causing damages thinking that they can look after your vehicle I still wait for response from the owner of the company to come and rectify and sort out this issue I will keep everyone posted on this matter.

Went in yesterday to ask about a used Aygo. Salesman wrote my name and number down on a pad and I arranged to go back later that day, but I couldn’t then make it so rang the dealer and no-one answered the phone, even though it was during their opening hours. Went back today and stood in the showroom for a few minutes whilst a salesman sat there looking at me and never even acknowledged me so I walked out! They must have the same training as the ŠKODA guys on Stafford Park. I don’t know how any of you sell any cars! My advice is go to available car at Cannock. I’d never recommend you to anyone and I’ll never visit you again!

Very busy, car went in for a service and MOT however could not get a ride back and to the garage and had to rely on family. However they did a great job with the dash cam and it was spotless
