Excellent service, very quick turnaround on workshop work. My car was picked up and dropped off at work and all works carried out the same day at not quite ‘cheap’, but good prices. You get what you pay for after all :)

Thank you so much to Steve Edwards and Scott for making my purchase of a golf so stress free. I said what I would like e.g colour, type and my dream car was found. The communication has been excellent from the beginning nothing has been too much trouble. My car is amazing, thank you so much it’s the best thing I did.

Great dealership, popped in when I had time to spare and didn’t think I’d buying a Golf diesel 1.6 I couldn’t say no the deal, the staff were very helpful and very knowledgeable

Got a Service/MOT as part of a Das Velt Auto Service Plan (as my car is a Used VW Car Purchase). 

Service team was very polite, welcoming and clear with their communication. Service itself was very good and had traceability particularly with the Health Check Video you get emailed. I also got a free Dataplug for Smartphone connection to my car to see how it is running (but I think you need to request this, its not given automatically).

I specifically asked for my car NOT to be cleaned, as I don't trust main dealers with their "dish-cloth" approach to not ruin the paintwork, and they adhered to this too.

Only minor mistake is I was told my car needed a CAM Belt Change on the day for £479 (and I had requested on both phone calls when booking to check this). I accepted anyway as this is a cheaper rate than 3rd party garages, only to be told on collection that my car was a CAM Chain and therefore didn't need doing. So I saved money, but they should know this from the start in my opinion.

Generally a good quality service garage, however I wouldn't recommend an MOT at £59 a pop!

I took my car to Inchcape because of faulty brakes and its took them 10 days to fix the problem which was a cracked Servo pipe.The other repairs EGR valve and Breather pipes have not even been priced up.
I put a complaint into the customer service this morning about the delay, if I hadn`t i still dont think the work would have been carried out.
Would have expected more from a VW dealer.
