Super team - very welcoming and professional. Nice clean and tidy workshop and reception area with options for drinks and snacks as well. The team are happy for you to wait while work is completed as well if appropriate. Will definitely going back there next time I need tyres. Thanks
Did a free wheel alignment check, found that tracking was miles out and was rectified promptly. The price for tracking itself was reasonably competitive compared to some other garages in the area.
Useless. Booked car in for a simple diagnostics check but weren't able to do it at the time they agreed. Made no effort to rearrange so I assume they don't want the work. On both my visits they thought I would be interested to know how short staffed they were. Not my problem. Either employ more staff or don't take bookings. They just wasted my time. Took the car elsewhere and the necessary repair was carried out quickly by a friendly garage. I wont be bothering the people at Hardys again.
Went in on Tuesday to ask for a simple diagnosis. Was told they were short staffed and could I book in for Friday. We agreed 10am and I told them I couldn't leave the vehicle with them. Arrived on time and was told they couldn't do it. No apology. Took time off work for nothing. I wasn't asking for an engine rebuild. It was a simple 5 minute diagnosis so the neccessary repair could be booked in at a later date. The body language suggested that they couldn't care less. Shrugged shoulders and mumbling about staff shortages. That's fine, but don't waste people time booking in jobs you can't do. If I had known I would have just gone somewhere else. The people working there just appeared downtrodden, overworked and defeated. Probably not their fault as I always blame poor management and training in these situations. Not a great way to run a business that is competing with literally dozens of other garages in the area. The reception area proudly displays posters stating " great service". Another example of a head office marketing department in complete denial about the actual level of service at branch level.
Took my Ford Focus in today for two front tyres, excellent friendly service by all the team. They helped me put the spare wheel back in the boot, and reset the tyre pressure monitor on the dash. Thoroughly recommend.
Friendly, efficient service. Managed to get a new tyre fitted in an emergency. Good price and refitted it and checked my spare. Best service for tyres.
Great helpful service checked my tyres for wear and offered sensible advice. I have been on line and booked four new tyres. Also took advantage and spread the payment over 3 months interest free. As I said great helpful service will now use Hardy's as my preferred tyre place.
Extreme helpful when we popped in after our tyre pressure warning light came on. Fab guys and fab service, thanks guys
Booked tyres online through Asdatyres which were fitted by Protyre. Brilliant service - team were friendly and efficient - a place I will recommend going forward
Be aware public they will charge you for that they need to cover commissions for their own bonus in the month. Trick button on the till making it seem you have a deal. Half of the team isn't qualified. They have young lads who don't check the work as it should be. They have also damaged bikes to then have to pick up the tab and then they bill you more. In my opinion go to somewhere else
