Would be zero stars. Placed an order for next day delivery. This branch then tried to deliver the item on the same day as order but was at work. Called to say it was supposed to be delivered next day not the same day as the order was placed. They said they would redeliver the next day. This never happened. Called to ask what was happening and was fobbed off with poor excuses and terrible customer service. Still don't have my item and out of pocket for delivery.

Nothing but hassle, told refund would take 14 days, spoke to a manager was told 3-5 working days, still no refund so speak to head office to be told its 7-10 working days. Nothing but attitude, the worst customer service ive ever dealt with. Will never use euro car parts again!

Did click and collect, service was good unlike most euro car parts! But the onsite shop was pretty empty.

Always busy, but wait time depending on the customers knowledge rather than the ability of the staff. Would recommend click and collect

All types of car parts available with reasonable price. Application also available to check the availability of the item before coming to the Shope. Delivery available with certain amount of order. Lot of space for parking in front of the building. Bit difficult to find the place.

Waiting 30 mins to be served. Only 1 bloke on counter with rest staff sitting in back not helping out
