I have just had my camber and tracking done by Ashley at the Stafford park branch. My suspension has had some big modifications and was badley toeing out at the top and tracking was out too. Great job done by Ashley. Truck drives a dream now. 10/10. Great fitter and excellent service.

Not impressed. You expect the assistant manager to look at the condition of a tyre , read the tyre size and order the correct size of tyre. And NOT to say that the owner of the vehicle gave him the wrong size. I was made to look like a liar.This is not good customer relations.

Passing thru Telford. Had a slow puncture and since the tyre was in poor condition I decided to replace it. Googled nearest tyre place and booked express service online at Kwik-fit Plus Telford. Took car in straight away, into the ramp while I waited in the foyer. Very polite and professional young man, Kashif, who explained everything and replaced the tyre professionally. He also checked all other tyres thoroughly and made some important recommendations. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the service I received was fantastic. A real asset to the Kwik-fit team. If you want a hassle free, professional service, look no further.

Very expensive, but extremely efficient. Emergency MOT and rectification work carried out to my satisfaction. My only gripe is lack of communication.......

Workmanship and service is very hit and miss. Lately I've had a four hour wait to get a couple of tyres changed and tracking done and today, six months later, I found out that the new tyres have worn bald on the inside because the tracking is completely out. My company car had new tyres and came out with the balancing completely messed up, went back to my regular tyre service company to have it fixed. They have done a good job previously but lately they've gone to pot and definitely lost my trust.
