Went into the store not knowing what am getting myself into, it’s like being in a environment of pressure with the staff they got all onto you like you got buy or get out, kind of environment feeling like your being watched horrible, feeling and experience, they stock all old clothing nothing new season, did ask owners and they were like yes this is new if you go and search online what they sell is old like maybe last years stock or year before and it’s way cheaper online they sell it at rip off prices, further more half the stuff in the store looked fake to me tbh which was quite putting off shown me some tops that looked fake like grade A copies, there was a armani top with the print all over it never seen it before in my life I buy designer all the time and the fit looked funny lol not even hating just avoid this place at all cost they are a rip off and sell old stock. Save your self the hassle. I will never shop from here again. #Fakes #PressuredIntobuyingfakes

Stay away , fake garments with high prices, you walk into here you have all these smack head men watching you , they try and force you to buy stuff , flannels and other genuine sellers in Birmingham are better don’t risk it , I purchased two monclear jackets from here , both fake , trading standards are aware and have started investigations , PUDI THERI MAAA DI YOU TAKLOO RAAAMD KI AULAAAAD
This is the best shop in Birmingham. The staff are safe as f&!k. Me and my son always shop here they have quality garms and always do you a deal. This review reflects my first and last visit to this store, which can be summarised in a few words - extremely poor customer service! To provide further context, the store has a great range of designer brands, e.g., Stone Island and Moncler, but the items are all crammed together in one tiny store that is guarded at every corner by an employee. This environment makes you feel uncomfortable and to make matters worse, rather than the staff offering to help, they watch your every move. With all honesty, it felt as if I was shopping in a Far East fake designer market store. You're probably better off going to Flannels, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges etc., where you will be presented with top-quality service and no concerns over the legitimacy of the items. Went into the store for a brows . Yes the jeans are beautiful . We asked if we wanted any help And we just said we looking . Then approached and they said is there a thing in particular your liking for We said do you do this type in a cream They came back with a pair from out the back My partner just tried them on out of curiosity When he stepped out the changing room he said they are. Nice but didn't like them .bevauae they were long in the leg to which the man replied with stand up straight And pinned them . He said we do take them up Free of charge . The man said take them off When my partner took them off they went to till . He thought they where £74 and they were £130 . He said he felt pressured into paying for them They said come back in an hour and they will be ready By the time we left the shop My partner was not happy he didn't want buy them But felt he had to ... I went back into the shop 5 Mins later to say he didn't want them and could we Have are money back . They replied to late! they have been cut now .so overhaul the customer service very poor When deciding he didn't want to pay for them As hr thought they were £74 and was very upset that they were £130 I don't think The shop didn't give you a change to decide if you want these jeans and that the customer rights of bringing them back were void within 5 mins of paying for them . Yet it took them 5 mins to say they had already been cut yet an hour for then to Be ready . I found this very very unfair . When he pinned the jeans he just said take them Off and went straight to the till For Payment ...he didn't. Even ask to see they fit around the wasit . he felt pressured into paying for them . I won't ever shop there again to many people Jump On you when you walk in and automatically think Bevauae you have tried these on and they pin them to your size leg that you want to purches them . He has autisitc problems and yet again been pressured into buying something he really didn't want or like . So be warned if you like Something you won't be able to bring them back the minuets you walk Out of the shop . 5 minutes we stood outside arguing about he didn't want them and they refused point blank to even find it they had been cut . They just said they had been . ! So if you have any problems it tough you pay and that's it your out the shop ! I will Warn others with autistic problems to avoid there premises . And also normal Shoppers who just want to Try on anl brows not to Go In there . Very very dispointed as he can't even sell theses very expensive jeans on . That cost him half of his wage . And has been very distressed about the whole sistuation . He won't go shopping at all Now Which is a shame as he finds it hard to shop as it is .
Went into this store yesterday looking at the range they serve. As was interested in getting a stone island jacket. I decided which jacket I was going to get but was going to come back and get the jacket later in that week. As I left the store i heard the comment "time consumers" said while me and my two mates walked out the store. I was about to spend £700 on a stone island jacket in their store and i was labelled a time consumer for simply not making a purchase. If you want to get a better range and a place where customer service is a much better go next door and you will find a store called GS3. When I entered this store they were very friendly. I felt really annoyed that customers were being labelled this for simply browsing. I would not recommend anyone to make a purchase. Really annoyed by this!
Had been looking for a navy/burgundy Moncler Harry jacket since the beginning of this year. Couldn't find one anywhere, searched on websites in Uk and Worldwide, finally found one on Onu website a few days ago. Service was excellent, had a few questions that were answered quick and jacket arrived next day. Fits perfect and i am well pleased. Would use Onu website again and fully recommend to anyone else. Wish you had a store nearer to Hull, would use all the time!
