Good General Practioner for me and my family. The staff and doctors work together to ensure the safety and comfort of the patients. When i first joined this surgery, it was not as great but over time they've improved drastically.

How is it possible to be caller number 1 for an hour around a time when it isn't busy? Horrible phone service.

I have been trying to get through to someone for hours. I called numerous times and each time the automatic message keeps playing on a loop. You can't select the option you want either.

It doesn't even deserve a single star as the staff is so rude specially bylinda the lady with red hair on reception,she iz so rude like shez wrkng for free man,but must appreciate the nurse Najmi shez so polite and humble i really appreciate her job but the rest of them are so rude when u speak to them about appointment

It's almost impossible to phone the surgery ,no matter what options I select it just goes back to the original message.is there actually anyone working on the reception ?

I had a phone appointment at 4.00 at 4.30 I called the surgery to ask why I hadn't received my call as I didn't want to miss it. The receptionist was very rude and said she could not give a time at the moment I'm still waiting it 19.03. The surgery closes at 8 hope I get my call back but very bad service.

Booking patients in not good, they got more than they can handle
