The worst ever surgery in the whole universe, you go out your way to register, you fill the forms; they loose your register forms then they tell several other receptionists its lost, they call you back and tell you it will take 10 days to register, you call them 8.30am and line is busy, they dont answer, its 9.08am now and still no answer. Its been over 7 days and still no answer. The floors are crumbling and unsafe, waited for a brochure for 10 minutes; absolutely shocking service, the worst yet to come!
Been nothing but good to me in the last few weeks since I switched to them. Receptionists are helpful and polite, the staff the I've seen or spoken to so far have been lovely. No problems with medication. The only thing to complain which isn't really a complaint just a thing to note is that sometimes I've had to wait a while after when my appointment is supposed to be before being seen. But, saying that, I understand that this happens and people take longer than expected or show up late etc.
After having a very bad experience at my previous surgery I have only good things to say about this one. Yes it's hard to get an appointment sometimes but I think that's just generally across the board and I guess you just have to keep trying. The doctors are very helpful and so are the reception staff. Thank you
Had a Health check today, lovely atmosphere receptionist was very friendly.......... Nurse was amazing first time ever...............no pain when taking blood. She was very professional..........Surgery was nice and clean, love the blood pressure machine in the waiting room.
Consider the 2 stars for the receptionists who are almost always polite and the friendly nurses who have done my blood tests. When I first changed to this surgery I was impressed with how much better it was than my previous doctors. I could get appointments pretty easily, the doctors were friendly, understanding and actually helpful but the longer I've been here the worse it has gotten. On hold as long as 40 minutes to get an appointment with doctors who are rude, uncaring and fail to follow through on the things discussed in our appointments. The lack of empathy for mental health is disturbing. It is such a shame how downhill it has gone, only so much can be blamed on underfunding. It feels pointless trying to switch practices again as they are evidently all the same.
After having some negative experiences here, I had a fantastic experience at this doctors 19/09/23. I had a telephone appointment in the morning, after describing my issues I was seen face to face on the same day. The doctor was patient and the appointment did not feel rushed. much improved all around.
I can't thank Maggie nurse practitioner and Russel paramedic really hope the names are correct! For all their help yesterday. Amazing support and response to my call for help and had me seen and with a prescription within an hour of calling the reception. Wonderful service and left my parents jealous of how efficient they are compared to other surgeries,many thanks to you all!
Absolute horrible attitude from the receptionist " showing no care or empathy cant get a appointment have to ring in every morning 8:30 am !! i been suffering from anxiety i want to get myself checked... whats this all this all about " why cant you make advance appointment like we use too.
Me and my wife had had separate appointments booked and cancelled in the last week. The surgery is asking us to call and rebook, however, the line is always engaged. If you cancel the appointments you should call us to rearrange. It is extremely poor service from an already very poor doctors surgery. It is very difficult to get through on the phones, when I have booked appointments through an online system they are always over an hour late. We are looking to move surgery as soon as we can as this surgery seems to have so many issues.
This is possibly the worst surgery I have experienced in my life. in terms of how it is run down to the GPs. I was going to wait till I have left and moved surgeries to a different one before writing this review however think it is only fair to others out there like myself who look to these reviews to pick a surgery to get a fair and honest review. I will not embarrass the surgery publicly by talking about my personal experiences on here, however if you wish to know more please contact me via email I have a long list of reasons to validate the reason for the 1 star it would be less if possible! I don't leave bad reviews very often, I actually cannot even remember the last time I have and I do not really get angry or upset that quick but I just wanted to let others out there know to avoid this surgery as its not as pretty as it looks or sounds.
