Had an issue with my golf where the petrol flap switch stopped working, after trying two garages who couldn’t figure it out I was told about these guys. They sorted the issue within 2 hours and the price was reasonable. Excellent communication and customer service.
Great team who go above and beyond when needed, will go nowhere else for my Campervan needs.
Booked in to check a vibration noise underneath the bonnet. Already been told its the compressor from another garage. Wanted to get second opinion. Went to this garage due to the review. Got a call to say Aux belt tensioner broke during their checks due to "wear and tear". Had no choice but to get this repaired. Was also told this would stop the noise. When picking up the car been informed the noise has stopped but there is a small noise coming from the compressor which will be unnoticeable. Turned the engine on, the same noise was still there and more loud. Been told it's coming from the compressor. Go in for one thing and got another thing broken and had no choice but to pay to get this fix. Will not be using this garage again and won't recommend it to anyone else. Had a new compressor put in 4 month ago and said nothing about the Aux belt tensioner being in bad condition. When contacting the garage I had my compressor done with and telling them what happened they also didnt believe the Aux belt tensioner broke that "easily" as my car been check by them before. Will be getting car check again in another garage to make sure the work had been done by VW audi due to other reviews.
