My vivaro van broke down today down a small very narrow dirt track in Woodbridge. I called CATS garage for help. The lady on reception was very polite and helpful. Their driver was with me within the hour. He winched my van onto his truck straightaway and took it to their workshop. I called them an hour later and they had started working on it already! I was very impressed with the service and I’d highly recommend them.

Carried out work in such a way that it tooks longer than needed to charge more, said they did repairs which they hadn't and charged me! My car came out with a new LOUD noise and cats wanted to charge £60 to look at their own work. I took it to another 2 garages and they said straight away it was repaired badly. I took it back to them and after 5 mins, the noise was gone??? Clearly trying to get me to spend out more money for unneeded repairs.

Friendly and efficient staff. Very helpful. Would recommend highly.

Broke down on my motorbike at the weekend and was recovered by Andrew from CATS through my insurance policy. Andrew was very efficient and called to discuss the issue before he came out to collect me. He arrived a little earlier than originally anticipated and took great care loading my bike up. He also offered some advice as to the potential issue. Great company to deal with.

Adam came to collect me and my car after coil spring snapped. Very good service. Quick and friendly. Got me to the garage I needed to be at. Great work. Thank you.
