I'm giving 5 stars to one man at this store: Jamie. He fits the car stereos and he went out of his way to help - I even think he personally drove to another store in Essex to pick my stereo up. Not only did he surpass expectations he did this in a very friendly and helpful manner. If Halfords management ever read your Google reviews (and I hope you do) this guy is a true asset to your business. I had tried twice previously to buy a car stereo and have it fitted at this store (with another staff member) and at one of your other stores but these experiences were quite obstructive with 'We haven't got that or Why don't you buy something else not from Halfords online'. I was loosing the will with your business until I fell upon my man Jamie. Just takes one person to save a brand's reputation and he did that on your behalf that day.
