If I could give 0 stars I would and do not use this company if you can help it. Absolutely appalling customer service and company overall - booked a windscreen repair in as I have a crack, the “email confirmation” wouldn’t load as the sender didn't sent the correct format which was my first red flag, phoned customer services twice to ask for it to be resent and was presented with rude people every time, I then had to cancel a hospital appointment I’ve been waiting for 6 months for due to the repair happening. I phoned Ipswich as advised too at 12:50pm to ask for an update on when they would arrive, to be told someone hadn’t put the correct phone number for me and they’d cancelled the whole job as they “couldn’t get hold of me”. Absolutely disgraceful, to cancel the whole appointment because of an incorrect phone number which wasn’t even my fault, no idea why you’d cancel a whole appointment over that, seems like an excuse to me judging by the other reviews. So I’m now left with a cracked windscreen and an unattended hospital appointment because of National Windscreens incompetence. Will never use them again, will never entertain them again. Do not use this company if you can help it!

It took 2 weeks to arrange an ‘expert’ to calibrate the windscreen sensor, then they don’t arrange appointment time and try calling the 24 hour help line, all you get is put on hold for 45 min with a recording telling you you have a 1 min wait time. Try calling the local branch, guess what, yes exactly the same, pretty dismal and what’s worse is the mot has run out so cannot drive the car!!! I have had 2 replacements booked in with this company over the past few years. First time was cancelled on the day due to broken windscreen, fair enough. However exactly the same happened for the second booking. You clear your diary to ensure you can accomodate the booking, however clearly their organisation can't do the same. Shambles of a business.

Seems OK, had to drop off my son and his car. He was not best pleased  with it they left a seal undone, which he had to fix himself.  Not good.

"Worst company I've ever dealt with"  NW Ipswich took 3 weeks to come out, then the Technician broke the new windscreen while putting it in, he wasn't interested and just left. I couldn't drive it for another week until they came out again. I had to keep chasing what time and they finally arrived at 4.30pm after me spending all day on the phone trying to find out what was going on.  I'm more annoyed about the Technicians & the Offices, lack of care or communication. I wouldn't ever use them again and certainly wouldn't recommend them.  HINT - to get them on the phone, ring your Car Insurer and get put through to 'Windscreen Cover', as it's NW who will answer the phone! Don't bother phoning NW direct...they NEVER answer their phones. My partner even drove to their office to speak with them direct...see photo...they were closed!  It was fairly stressful, as I would have been left without a car and couldn't go to work. After kicking up a real fuss, they waved the excess fee and got me a hire car...but I had to complain...a lot!

Not ideal, first appointment was canceled the day before due to glass being delivered broken, can't be helped. Rebooked for a week later and on the morning I never got a call. I had to ring up twice to ask for a rough time and they couldn't get hold of the fitter. Fitter eventually rang me to tell me he was 4 minutes away. Not much notice. Trim of the inside of my window is showing and the fittings interior mirror wasn't put back properly. Still loose now. Didn't complain at the time as I struggled enough getting hold of anyone when I needed to.

Hard to find. No separate waiting room The van drivers all came back to the waiting room. Im no stranger to adverse language but there was plenty of it and one of the drivers even had his dog running around everywhere. Not customer friendly. They done a great job changing my windowshield took ages though as one of the fitters was chatting on his personal mobile phone.

I took my car in to get the windshield replaced and calibrated. I was told it would take about four hours, which it did.  Had no issues with the windshield so I can't complain.  All staff seemed very polite and professional.

Would not recommend using this company. Went through my insurance for a windscreen replacement on my transit connect, the work was carried out and a couple of days later found the windscreen was leaking after some rainfall. After discussing with them they agreed the screen needs replacing again yet they have shown no sense of urgency to resolve the issue and failed to come out on various appointed dates and times, despite the potential damage that is being caused to the inside of my van.Service:&nbsp;Auto windshield replacement

Avoid this company, my windscreen replacement appointment rescheduled 3 times, 1st time they came at my home address without giving me any prior notice, suppose to receive a phone call to confirm the time. They brought wrong windscreen so it was rescheduled, on the next appointment they totally forgot, it was morning appointment as stated on the text, 3pm in the afternoon when I rang them, they came up with an excuse saying the shotage of diesel so they can't come and need rescheduled which I did. Today I received a call asking me if I can go to their depot which is about 20 minutes away from me. They said if I can be there straight way. I said if he can give me an hour, he said `we just can't sit here do nothing for an hour'. I found that very rude. I said I will speak to their office which I did and they were unhelpful too.
