Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish with repairs to my daughter's car. I genuinely can not thank all the staff at Rackhams enough for their care and attention to detail every step of the process. A quick and efficient service with regular updates along the way. Fantastic service from a fantastic team. Helpful, friendly, & gave professional support with the insurance claim, for repairs to be carried out to my vehicle. The car after repair looked new again, a quality repair with attention to detail for the work completed. The repair finish was at a very high standard. Basically, Rackhams turned my car crash nightmare into a positive experience. Sadly it’s a rare thing nowadays to find people that care and Rackhams do. They dealt with the insurance company and that was difficult I understand. They saved me the hastle of dealing with call after call to the busy insurance call centre. Before the car went to Rackhams it was an absolute nightmare battling through with the insurance and other parties to make any progress. As soon as Rackhams took on the job, it was all very easy and very good. They also did a great repair with many components needing replacing including lots of electronics and its all worked well ever since! I thoroughly recommend Rackhams to anybody needing carbody repairs.
Fantastic company, very friendly caring staff, quite for the repair to the car was done very promptly. Vehicle booked in nice and quick, courtesy car provided while repair was carried out. Repairs look brilliant, no sign of the damage ever being there. Kept updated with regular calls throughout the time they had the car. Definitely recommend friends and family going there for repairs.
I’ve used Rackhams a number of times over the years and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody who required their services. My car was involved in an accident in a car park a couple of months ago. I contacted Alisdair at Rackhams as they had been highly recommended to me. He helped me get a quote for the damage for the other driver as it was their fault. He also explained my options of how to get the repairs to my car repaired using an accident repair company who dealt with all the admin side of the incident. This was a process I had never been told about before and made the whole process extremely simple on my side. Rackhams were the only people I would consider to complete the repair work for me as I know they would always do a thorough job and ensure all the work is completed to the highest standard. I also asked them to complete some private work and re spray my bumper as there was some damage there too. There were able to sort this all for me while they had the car with no problems at all. They did not let me down with the standard of their work and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. The team are all extremely talented and highly skilled in what they do. The team on reception are also amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for the whole team at Rackhams.
