First time visiting this cinema to watch Wicked on Sunday morning. First, food very pricey, way more than the likes of McDonalds, etc. Cinema seating is a bit less generous than other cinema chains, especially as we were seated for 3 hours! Noticed the amount of rubbish left behind. We took our rubbish with us. Maybe more bins or a reminder to take it with you at the end of the film? Even a token give out with money off the next visit? It was clear not all the rubbish was from the last showing either.
Went to see Wicked and enjoyed the film very much, however the cinema is the , dirtiest, scruffiest, smelliest cinema I have ever been in.nYou either have films showing to quickly ie not leaving enough time between them to get cleaned up or you do not have enough cleaners. It badly needs sorting because the screen we were in had rubbish everywhere, the foyer was the same and the mens toilet was smelly.nPlease don't ignore.
I’ve been to Vue Cinema Bedford many times and have found it consistently excellent. Payment options, both at the desk and online, provide flexibility. Our last visit was an issue as we had booked online and did not get a confirmation but was still charged. Gabriel was very efficient in getting the issue sorted and was really helpful. Massive thank you to him, we were really impressed!
Not to long ago I went into the cinema with some friends we had no idea what to watch the staff were great especially Lilie who made us feel very welcome with great costumer service also recommended we watch the new Alien movie witch was a good choice , definitely coming back again thank you Lilie !
Lovely place!.. Affordable prices with blockbuster movies for adults and children. We missed our movie time and they were considerate enough to seamlessly book us for the next movie time with immediate seat swaps. Lovely staff.. I love the dorito crisps and dips. Big boxes of popcorn to last you for hours. I recommend.
