Lovely place!.. Affordable prices with blockbuster movies for adults and children. We missed our movie time and they were considerate enough to seamlessly book us for the next movie time with immediate seat swaps. Lovely staff.. I love the dorito crisps and dips. Big boxes of popcorn to last you for hours. I recommend.
It's a great cinema. I went today to see the new Wonka movie, which was awesome could have been a little cleaner in the screen area, was rubbish still on the floor, and some chairs from last viewing. Over all though a fantastic experience
Watched the latest minion movie. I will say for me no e of the seats are actually cosy. Even the £10 recliners just don't recline that perfect place. Sometimes. It's so loud too. Staff are always polite and friendly. And the prices great. A real shame they can't lower the price on food and drinks. We can take our own in but would prefer to buy. Strange rule really.
No wine glasses. Having to use pint glasses instead! Charged us then found out he hasn’t got the wine we ordered. Then had to refund our money. Blimey! Going to miss the food at this rate!!
I’VE BEEN A VICTIM OF RACISM AT THIS CINEMA!!nnFor a customer who’s been visiting this cinema regularly I was shocked and disappointed at the level of customer service displayed by the customer service ‘MANAGER’ last night. He pulled 4 of us out mid way through a movie only to discus a complaint from the previous week which was baseless. He didn’t attempt to listen or understand the full situation rather he threatened us and told us it’s his cinema he can do what he pleases.nnI’ve been visiting this cinema since I was a teenager and I’ve never had an issue with any manager or staff, it’s a shame one bad apple can contaminate the whole bowl.nI won’t be returning to this cinema unless an appropriate action has been taken and this manger apologises for his abhorrent behaviour.
