This cinema ticks all the boxes. They usually have a good variety of films showing, and the seating is comfortable, although there are no luxury recliners. The popcorn and soft drinks are good, and there is a wide range of other snacks to choose from. The hot dogs are tasty. The cinema is kept clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful, making for an enjoyable movie-going experience.
We came here on Sunday morning to watch Toy Story 5 and had such a great experience that I felt I had to leave a review.nnThe staff were absolutely fantastic with the children and really helped make the visit special. The kids also received a fun summer cinema passport, which was a lovely touch.nnI was pleasantly surprised by the value of the snacks too, the kids’ snack box was only £5, which I thought was very reasonable. We also used our Sky vouchers for free tickets, making it an even better day out.nnOverall, we had a brilliant experience. A big thank you to all the staff for making our visit so enjoyable!
Just got back from Vue Bedford and had another fantastic experience. With it being the last remaining cinema in Bedford, it’s something I really hope we continue to support as a community.nnThe cinema was clean, comfortable and welcoming, with great value tickets and the big-screen experience that simply can’t be replicated at home. The staff were friendly throughout, but a special shout-out has to go to Rachael. In a moment of questionable judgement, I managed to buy more food and drink than one person could realistically carry. Rachael noticed, offered to help and walked everything all the way back to my seat with a smile.nnIt’s small acts of kindness and great customer service like that which turn a good visit into a memorable one.nnIf you’re thinking about seeing a film, skip the sofa for a night and head down to Vue Bedford. Supporting local venues matters, and this one deserves it.
Enjoyed our visit. Went to see the new Mario movie and managed to pick good seats online, not too busy, seats are decent although I'd like more recliner seats to choose from. Screens were good, nice and loud. Also like the fact they can validate your parking, but make sure you use the right car park as they can only validate for one. It's red brick car park that goes up, not the white one below the shopping centre. Haha
Today was our first visit to a Vue after usually going to Odeon, but their prices have risen too high. Vue’s lower ticket price was the reason for our switch today. The cinema is modern and clean, with a good pick & mix/snack selection at reasonable prices. Clean toilets and friendly staff too. The projection/sound isn’t quite Odeon level and there’s no IMAX, but for the price the experience is excellent. We really enjoyed our visit and will be back.
