Found upstairs in Escape The snow dome.nThere are stairs, escalators, and a lift for pram or wheelchair access.nInside there's a Starbucks, and a large sweet section.nToilets available but these are accessible after you've gone through to the screen area.nnIt's a large cinema complex, however I found the chairs to be dated and do not recline.nAlso the seating isn't at a very steep angle, so the lower section of rows have the risk of someone's big head being in the way of the screen.nnA pleasant experience, but choose a rear row.
I was really disappointed with my recent visit to the cinema. From the start, the service was painfully slow. Despite having around 10-12 staff members behind the counter, only three were actually serving, which led to long delays. When the food finally arrived, it was rushed, cold, and the slush drinks my partner and I got were watery and tasteless.nnInside the theater, things didn’t improve. The seats were uncomfortable and didn’t recline, and about 15% of the screen was obscured by the structure of the entrance. We were forced to sit upright like meerkats, constantly adjusting ourselves just to get a decent view.nnTo top it off, the air conditioning was freezing, far too cold for a room that was barely filled. I ended up spending most of the movie sitting on my hands just to keep them warm. Overall, it was a terrible experience, especially for a location where I expected much better.
Our first visit to this Cineworld and we loved it. Very smart with great seating. By far the very best we have been too.
Wonderful 4dx experience to be remembered for a long time. Ticket costed 24£ pp. We watched Deadpool and Wolverine in 4dx and believe me the experience was excellent in 4dx. The seats are comfortable and the effects were perfect in sync with the reel. The sound system was perfect too.
The building itself has plenty of places for entertainment that suit all age. The cinema is OK but the toilet and the hall not clean. Plus I found hair in the popcorn.
