Fairly clean and tidy, prices of food was rather steep and not such a healthy choice either. There is the usual 40 minutes of dross before hand to get through so no point going on time . I went into cinema 5 the sound was so loud all you could focus on was the distortion from the speakers, I think a trip to a solicitors wouldnt be misplaced for a deafness claim after attending, I sat for quite some time through the film with fingers in my ears, absolutely no need for it

Went to see Murder on the Orient Express. Good picture and sound quality as always. Screen 5 was hotter than the Sun! Apparently the heating was broke and couldn't be turned off. Staff did say we could have free cold drinks or a full refund, and we could move to the lower seats where it was a little cooler. We didn't choose either option in the end but did appreciate the offer. Always enjoy going and supporting our local cinema.

Film was late starting, had to wait 40mins for hot dog finally arriving after start of film which meant everyone in row had to stand up. Then half way thru film was ruined by the high speed motorbike chase and explosions from film showing in adjacent screen. Total joke of a night.

You get what you pay for! £4.99 is cheap but the cinema experience is poor for 1 main reason. THE LIGHTS. Someone at vue needs to read these reviews as I'm not the only one complaining. I went to watch Black Panther the other day and in some of the dark scenes I couldn't see what was going on because the dimmed lights were to bright .They were so bright my glasses had a lense flare affect. Please just turn them off!

40 minutes of adverts, freezing cold and the lights did not seem to go down properly. Thankfully the film was good but not tempted to hurry back unless there is something I'm really keen to see. Might take a hot water bottle next time.
