I came here to watch The Holdovers, which is an awesome new film set in picaresque New England. I had a wonderful time, the film really whisked me away to snowy Boston, to the quiet halls of Barton Academy. My heart was fully invested in the story of Paul, Angus and Mary. When the movie finished, and the lights came up, and I saw the blue and purple walls of the cinema surrounding us—my heart dropped. I remembered I was in Vue Longwell Green. I cracked back to reality at breakneck speed. What a depressing place. The death of the multiplex couldn’t come sooner.
Love this cinema. We travel quite a distance to visit as it's much better value than our local one and it's a nice drive! It also makes it more of an outing! Always clean and presentable. Staff are friendly, although a little slow during busy periods!
Lovely cinema. Queues were quite long to get snacks and purchase tickets. Large drink and popcorn is £8.99 as a combo, but if you buy two or more together it comes down to £5.99 which is good value. They have a Ben and Jerry's scooped ice cream bar, and not too bad of a price. They serve hot drinks, and have a seating area with tables for when you are waiting.nToilets are clean and the cinema screens are immaculate! Seats are comfy and plenty of leg room in the normal seats. Excellent offer on a monday of ANY ticket is £3.99 online booking adds 75p per ticket and you can choose where you sit! All in all, an excellent cinema,great value for money and great evening

Just come back from watching Godzilla Minus One incredible film! The staff went above and beyond helpful and friendly. The manageress if I'm correct that was her role even helped me carry my snacks to my seat while I focused on my service dog, which I'm incredibly thankful fornnThank you all for a wonderful cinema experience
