Two stars as easy to get to cinema and seats are comfy. Staff need training in customer service and some motivation to pick up the pace. 15 mins to prepare 4 hot dogs and 4 drinks is not okay when the film is about to start. That was before the 15 min wait to be served in the first place! Food is overpriced and stale. Not to mention there was no hand washing or gloves between handling money and preparing food. Needless to say we gave up and requested a refund. I did complain to another member of staff who offered little more than a blank look. The place looks grubby with food all over the floor behind and in front of the counters. I'll not be returning.

Very comfortable seats, clean & spacious toilets and pleasant staff. A little more expensive than other cinema's but it is worth it for the overall experience.

Only gave 1 star as ripped off to f#c# £8 for 2 cappacino. Felt like chucking it on the floor. Dearer than Starbucks/costa but at least their coffee is decent and made properly. Daylight robbery on all the confectionery. Makes the motorway services seem reasonable. £3.79 For a bag of sweets or Doritos. Seriously.

Good film. Nice building with special offer evenings. I don't think think the ticket system of choosing your seat is a good Idea as someone usually sat in it.

Clean and very helpful. Pricey but all cinemas are for the extras. When will they realise value sells. Take your own treats and drinks or expect daylight robbery.
