I love this cinema but I would recommend everybody to stay away from Screen 8! Recently went to see Nosferatu in that screen and I don’t know whether it’s the projector or the screen that’s busted but we couldn’t see anything. The quality was awful. Any other screen is fine but stay away from Screen 8!! It’s been like this since at least August when we saw Alien Romulus and it hasn’t been fixed
Wow, I paid £9.00 for a super recliner.nnThe seats were super comfy and super lush. No more touching elbows with strangers and no more having to move your feet out of the way when people want to get in and out of the aisle.nnThe recliner is controlled by two little silver buttons on the inside of the seat to your right..nnYou get a little table with a cup holder for your snacks that swings forward to let you in or out and back when you are reclined..nnThe staff are friendly too and the toilets were clean.
Came to visit Sunday at midday, we were informed our screen was cancelled luckily the girl who helped us made it her mission to get us into our film. She was a massive help and incredibly kind I was told her name was Isabel when I asked her co-worker
I would like to thank the girl at the ticket kiosk this afternoon who went above and beyond to get us all sat together to watch ‘Wicked’.- showing @15.45pm. A change of tickets and we were sitting all together in no time. She was adamant that this was happening and so so kind for doing it as well. I was that taken back I felt I needed to leave a review. I only wish I knew her name. Thank you whoever you were because that was great customer service right there!!! Little things like this make a huge difference and made the experience even better
Whilst the cinema is comfortable, parking nearby is easy and the choice of films good, the experience is spoiled by a shortage of staff.nOn several occasions we have queued for ice cream, popcorn etc before the screening and had to give up because the film was starting. We then queued again at the interval to no avail.nVue must be losing a lot of revenue because of this.
