After a major refit it is good to the able. Not cheap though. Buy your popcorn at the supermarket before you go! Some screens have their emergency lighting too bright and too close to the screen and often the volume is to low - even if you pay extra for the 'special' one! This is especially true of singalong films. People need volume if they are going to let go and join in. Wheelchair users have special bays to park in all screens BUT the doors to get in the screens are very heavy with ridiculously shaped handles and AREN'T swing doors - you have to pull them open! No electric help and no joined up thinking going on there! Give me a job!

A good cinema with plenty of screens with decent seating options. The cinema on the whole is normally clean and tidy as best it can be with a short turnaround between films and people spilling drinks and popcorn! The 4k projections are good and the sound immersive with the big action films. A little bit expensive on a normal day but they run various offers as with most larger cinema chains

I really try to get a great experience when going to the cinema as it's supposed to offer things you can't at home. Unfortunately the vue although having pretty good screens and seating, leaves the lights on all it's films seemingly (3 visits) and even after leaving my film to ask it turned off it wasn't. This left a glare and was really distracting. The food offered although varied is so hyper inflated it's pretty much not worth it.

I really enjoyed this visit from beginning to end: The ticket reservation was easy online. At the collection booths, the on-phone QR code emailed to you could not be read by the scanner but an alternative reservation number was easy to find and enter. The concessions stands are almost entirely self-service with cashier's by the entry to the screens. I feel this is far better than the endless queues at most cinemas. There were also a few tables and chairs to sit at while waiting for your film if you arrive early. The screen itself was clean and tidy with very comfortable seats and generous legroom.

The cinema has recently been refurbished and it looks great they have a great range of snacks and drinks, plus pizza, pies and ice cream on offer. It's on the more expensive side for tickets and drinks. They show a wide range of movies from first thing in the morning right the way through to about 11pm (starting time) so there's always something to watch. They have kids screenings and accessible screenings so the whole family can go together.
