The staff was friendly, but I was disappointed with the cola, as it seemed watered down. The toilets were quite unpleasant, and the cinema hall was very loud during the movie, though maybe that’s how it was meant to be. Unfortunately, the hall wasn’t well cleaned or prepared for the screening. On the positive side, the seats were comfortable, and the parking was convenient.
Cinema is really nice with fantastic seats which recline, plenty of leg room and is really comfy, the snacks and popcorn is extremely expensive and would discourage me from using Vue, purely because a popcorn, sweets and a drink cost more than the seats, otherwise fantastic cinema.
Comfy chairs can lift feet and lean back head area.nHowever we booked by accident the front row rather than the last row. That row is very loud and not all of the screen is visible.
Terrible cost for a drink and awful sweet selection. What happened to a decent pick n mix. They had better sweets in the Victorian era. Would avoid if I didn’t get free tickets. Whoever is in charge of that place has no iota of interest in making the place a worthwhile experience.
The prices have almost doubled since they made every seat a recliner. There’s a tray at every seat but those by our seats were covered in residue from someone’s spilled drinks. We asked if we could move but there wasn’t room. We asked if the tables could be wiped clean, but nobody came… Not pleasant to sit next to someone else’s filth!nUpdate: I’m pleased to say that we’ve been back twice since and the place was spotless!
