What a gem of a restaurant. We dropped on it last year on Valentines day last year and was so impressed with the overall experience, that we returned this year travelling from Wakefield. The high standards and lovely welcoming atmosphere hasn't faltered.in any shape or form. The food was once again superb and the service excellent.... If you haven't found this place, take time out, you will not be disappointed, and as an added bonus, it's not expensive, very affordable... We'll done Volare, and thankyou for making our night special..

This restaurant serves the very best Italian dishes and excellent fresh fish. Their steaks and meat are excellent as well and if you want pizza or pasta, it's all brilliant. The staff look after you so well, it's a great restaurant that I cannot fault.

Small and friendly restaurant. Fantastic fresh food cooked to perfection. We had fish soup, king prawns with chilli for starters. Then Fillet Rossini and baked Hake in lemon butter all served with lovely fresh veggies. All washed down with a beautiful organic red wine. All very reasonable priced. Service was lovely with the owner making sure all went smoothly. Would definitely come back here when next in Southport. Well done Volare!

Lovely intimate restaurant with very reasonable prices and attentive staff. Recommend Booking as it is always busy and you maybe disappointed if turned away! A very homely feel and not had a bad experience yet
