Excellent staff, very polite and welcoming. Restaurant had a nice ambience and buzz about the place. The bar was well stocked with a decent variety of drinks. Food very tasty, hot and plenty of choice from the traditional Italian menu . And this was all from a quick visit and a take away pizza. Definitely a return visit soon.

Usually a great night, very poor in comparison. I don't like cheese, ordered a pizza without cheese, stressed several times before waiter left. Pizza came with cheese. Taken away and replaced immediately, and apologised for error. They have never made this error before! Would've expected some sort of discount but nothing. Will go back again because we do like the food there. Very disappointing on the night!

I have never been to a restaurant before where the service was so bad. I had to keep searching for waiters to get service. The meal for my niece who is vegetarian had meat in it so had to be recooked, meaning her meal arrived after the rest of us had finished. It took them well over an hour to cook pasta and pizza. I really do not recommend this place.

Friendly staff, clean and tidy. Good wine. Extensive menu beautiful vegetables, chicken may be too dry for some if not served with one of the sauces.

We have been visiting Trattoria since it opened. Still fantastic. Still quality food. Never lets us down!!
