Absolutely disgusting service from reception . Rang up with severe chest pain to be talked to in the most patronising and condescending way I have ever been spoke to. I was not even offered an appointment on the phone whatsoever other than a date for the next day which I could not do due to a driving lesson - in which I was 'told off' and told what more do you want us to do . After this the woman on the phone began saying its 3:00 pm on a Thursday what do you expect. i have no future appointment so will have to go to the walking centre - disgraceful

As a patient of the spinney I'm once again left without medicine due to the surgery closing a hour before the official closing time, are we supposed to be able to read thier mindes about weather they want to do a full shift or not.
