The team at this tourist info spot are not just friendly but super helpful and full of info about all the cool places to check out in Edinburgh.
Amazingly helpful staff made booking so much easier especially for older tourists or those who struggle with the online booking. Friendly service from highly knowledgeable individuals who provide wonderful customer care. Gets very busy so allow time for queueing.
Woe, what a great experience, so helpful the lady we spoke with. I am so sorry I cannot remember hr name. She deserves a medal, above and beyond she went for us, gave detailed information told us who they don't sell tickets for and went as far as to offer seats and leet us buy tickets online, for the dungeon. Thsnk you for asking our trip better with all your knowledge and information x
Staff were very helpful to guide us how to tour the Edinburg as it was our first time. Souvenir were very reasonable price compare to other gift shops
Everyone here not only just friendly but super helpful, their attentiveness to all visitors is great I was serviced by Damian, noticing me from Indonesia he also speak with Bahasa Indonesia Indonesia Language, he is super helpful, friendly and highly initiatives and resourceful and I feel the genuine interest for him to make our stay in Edinburgh amazing.
Very friendly staff. They do not organize or run tours, but help explain different ones, find ones that match what your looking for and help you book your own tours. They have lots of booklets for different tours, paid and free.
Fantastic City, beautiful sights to see. Some road works and cranes spoilt it a bit for me, hence 4*s. Also not big on Customer Service!
Mary was super helpful and gave us very complete information about different areas of Scotland for a 10 day itinerary, straight to the most important aspects. It took a while to get someone to talk to us because in August there are many things going on in the city and there were many of us in the office but the staff spent all the time necessary with each visitor, no rush and always with a smile. Good job!
Excellent service from Julie when we visited in the last week for information on what to see in Edinburgh. Even though the Centre was very busy we were served promptly and she explained all the highlights to see patiently, politely and cheerfully. Ger advice made a huge difference to our 3 day visit to this amazing city and we appreciate the service provided. Thank you Julie and Edinburgh.
A wonderful young man called Luke rescued my sister and I both over 75 yo when we became lost after visiting Edinburgh castle, on Thursday 10th August. . He went well beyond what you would expect and reunited us with our tour guide and bus. We were incredibly grateful and would like his kindness acknowledged.
