We booked our honeymoon through Catrina at the Edinburgh store. She was brilliant I couldn’t recommend more. We were given so many options and different prices ranges. Everything was sorted for us, even the online gift list was praised by our friends and family for our wedding gifts. Just want to say a huge thank you to Catrina, you’re amazing can’t wait to book another holiday, it really made it stress free! If you’re looking to book a honeymoon or holiday 10/10 service and customer care!
I’ve booked two holidays to the Maldives with Kuoni in the last 2 years and both times, Catrina from the Edinburgh office has created the most amazing tailor made itineraries. She has been to the locations herself so the recommendations come from first hand knowledge. Really friendly and a totally professional service. Thank you !
Thank you to Calum and Karen at Kuoni, Edinburgh for putting together our dream holiday to Kerela in India and the Maldives. They spent many hours putting our trip together and making amendments as required. They listened carefully and delivered exactly what we wanted. Our trip was perfect. The Kuoni representation on our holiday was first class and the different accommodation to a very high standard. We couldn’t have asked for more.
I first used Kuoni in 2021 when I had received a gift voucher and was super impressed with the service Catrina gave me when I went to Corfu. I was so impressed I have returned to Kuoni to arrange a multi centre holiday for me this year. Catrina was able to cater to my budget, wants and wishes and gave great advice on all aspects.
Calum at the George Street store in Edinburgh was extremely helpful in organising our honeymoon in November this year. We had lots of questions and requests and all of these were dealt with promptly and efficiently by Calum. There was also no pressure on us to book with Kuoni and we were given the time to look through our options before booking our honeymoon. All credit to Calum for finding the perfect holiday and we can’t wait to set off in November!
Just back from a 3 week trip to Argentina/ Chile. At the time of booking, we didn’t really know where we wanted to go, so we left it to Catrina and team. Well, what a fantastic job they did! Everything was spot on, from airport transfers to the many organised trips. Without a doubt, we’ll use them again and we will have no hesitation in recommending them.
Fantastic service once again from Kuoni’s Edinburgh team Karen and Calum. We absolutely loved our family trip to Grand Hotel Tremezzo on Lake Como last year, and now look forward to our newly booked family holiday for 2023!
Great, personalised service here. We went in to discuss a holiday in Mauritius and the staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. It was all very relaxed as well - certainly no hard sell. Excellent follow-up information by email.
