Excellent. I've Just returned from 8 days in Gettysburg Pennsylvania. This was a long cherished trip to visit the Battlefields. My trip was expertly organised by Chris Sagar Edinburgh Branch. From start to finish my trip went like clockwork . 2 flights and a car rental were seamless and trouble free and even the weather played along. Dry warm and sunny throughout. My hotel was very good indeed and having it all booked for me meant I could concentrate on getting the best out of my holiday without any worries. I hope to return in the not too distant future and North American Travel will be my choice.customer service.
I have used NATS 3 times now and every time the service has been amazing. From start to finish they cater for every need and make dreams come true. Robert and Chris are knowledgeable and helpful. Their advice and recommendations are invaluable when planning a bespoke holiday. I will be using them again and always recommend them to friends and family.
First Class Service with Forensic Knowledge We were travelling to New York, Boston and Cape Cod from Edinburgh with a boy of 5 and a 1 year old baby for a 10 day trip over half term. Chris Sagar meticulously planned our trip right down to the baby seats in our hire car. He was incredibly helpful and attentive, the itinerary was clear and precise and his intimate knowledge of the hotels, air ports, train stations and hire car arrangements w quasite astonishing. We had no surprises on holiday, everything went like clockwork and when we had one query, we called him on his direct dial from Falmouth and he picked up after two rings. Outstanding service and I have to add, great value overall to boot. We also received a journey booklet with helpful hints, maps, places or interest etc which our 5 year old loved. Its the extra touches that make the difference. I only wish they did European holidays too! Thanks Chris and thanks NATS.
Travelled to Chicago and Austin texas for a friend's 50th. From start to finish our two weeks went without a problem. Chris was on hand to answer all out questions and found us hotels right in the heart of both cities
A fantastic holiday in the states. Excellent service from Robert in putting together the itinerary and arrangements which helped make the holiday so special. I would definitely recommend them and use the service again.
