Driver saw us waiting to get on, he just shut the doors and refused to acknowledge us, then proceeded to depart EARLY with a mostly empty bus. I understand wanting to leave on time, but departing early when passengers are waiting, alone at night in the station, is just plain rude. Unacceptable service. Will use Scotrail next time.
Very disappointed!! Staff very unhelpful! We had a bus to Dundee at 8:00 and were in the station early at 1:00. They refused to change our trip to earlier one, however many buses departed with so many empty seats and we said we will pay the extra price of the ticket. They insisted to pay plus fees approximately as same as the ticket price!
The staff member we spoke with was extremely rude, very unhelpful and not understanding at all. Megabus and Citylink just blame each other for problems. I think the Citylink needs to invest on customer service training courses for their staff or revise their recruitment process. Can't think of anything positive to say.
Very expensive and with terrible customer service. They’ll respond quickly but will be completely unhelpful! Use Citylink if you have no other choice. The one star I put is for the drivers that are usually very nice, especially in the highlands.
Had a ticket booked for Inverness with my hearing dog and because i forgot its jacket i was refused entry, had to get a train that cost £68
Terrible service! They wont stop to pick up passengers even when signalled to stop at designated bus stops. Use Airlink instead.
Excellent service on time clean and tidy carriages friendly staff
Had a great experience workers very helpful and experienced made my journey a joy
