Ridiculous. They booked me on the wrong trip and took an absolute age to get it rectified. Used STA for years but this branch has been so disappointing from start to finish.

I contacted STA online, which redirected me to their George Street Edinburgh store. I was helped by Peta, she gave me all the advice I was looking for and recommend me an AMAZING trip. The booking process was faultless, even though I never met Peta in person she was always at the end of the phone or email whenever I had any questions. I would really recommend booking with STA, the knowledge of the staff is brilliant, and the prices are also really good.

Bad Experience in this branch. 

I would like to change the date of my flight. But I was told that the flight was running by different company and cannot be changed or refunded. But actually the two flights are both running by British Airline, and they are at the same time but different date. 

Finally, I managed to change the date of my flight in Forrest Branch. Lady  is quite nice and helpful there.
