Had my 2-yearly check up. Top notch services and a lovely optician took the time needed for all my tests, as prescriptions needed changes. Also then very attentive and helpful store staff to get the lenses and frames sorted.
A professional service, a brand new store. Impressed. A thorough annual eye check, felt at ease. Greeted promptly upon entering the store and guided to a seat. Professionalism maintained throughout. Thorough and efficient eye check by Ms Patel who went out of her way to help me, answering all my questions. I left happy, with a new contact lens plan and pair of glasses. The whole experience was seamless, incredibly impressed! The new store was stunning and the staff were so helpful. Amy the optometrist was so kind and super efficient. Although this isn’t my local branch will come back to this one from now on!
I had a terrible experience with the glasses I bought from Vision Express on Oxford Street. I opted for the close-up lenses because I didn’t have time to wait for the bifocals, but as soon as I got them, it was a nightmare. They were incredibly uncomfortable and practically useless. After returning to my country, I visited a local shop in Dubai, only to find out that the prescription Vision Express gave me was completely wrong. It’s infuriating to think I wasted my time and money on such poor service. I definitely won’t be returning to Vision Express, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
The staff in the store are excellent - so helpful ! The Optometrist made the whole eye testing experience enjoyable. The selection of glasses across all price points is really impressive. I went with a worry about my eyesight and left feeling reassured and well cared for.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The optometrist Mr. Mohsin Ali took the time to explain my results clearly and answered all my questions thoroughly. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention I received. Thank you for providing such a positive experience. I look forward to returning for future check-ups and will gladly recommend Vision Express to friends and family.
I recently visited Vision Express on Oxford Street and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The operation at this branch is very well-organized, making the whole experience efficient and smooth. A special mention goes to Andrew, the optometrist. His passion for his profession and his clients truly stood out. He was extremely informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly, and his friendly manner made the experience even better. Andrew really goes above and beyond, setting a high standard for service. My glasses were ready within a week, and the collection process was just as pleasant. Yusuf, who assisted with the collection, was professional and made the final step hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend Vision Express Oxford Street for their friendly, efficient, and well-organized service. I’ll definitely be returning!
I went with my sister, and we both got an eye test and picked out our frames. The sales team was very helpful and knowledgeable about finding the frames that best fit our face. I am very satisfied with my pick. I'd also like to mention Abdumalik, who was very polite and accommodating. Great service
I recently visited Vision Express on Oxford Street East for an eye test, and I’m beyond impressed with the service I received. Amy, the optometrist, was incredibly helpful. She took her time to carefully assess my vision and provided insightful recommendations for the best glasses, specifically tailored to my job. Her knowledge and professionalism were outstanding, and she truly went above and beyond to help. Sandip was equally amazing, offering excellent suggestions on selecting the right frames and lens types. He really understood my preferences, and his assistance made choosing the perfect glasses so much easier. Both Amy and Sandip went out of their way to ensure I had the best possible experience. I’m extremely grateful for their expertise and care. Highly recommend Vision Express on Oxford Street East for anyone in need of top-notch service!
During my visit on Thursday evening 15th Aug, I handed my glasses at 10am for a simple attachment of my lenses that had fallen off. When I handed my glasses the gentleman informed me that it would take 24 hours to process my request but I could try my luck and return later in the evening I may be able to collect my glasses on the same day, given I desperately need my glasses to preform the work I undertake. The following morning I attended at lunch time by which 26 hours has gone past from the time of handing my glasses in, I was informed that the glasses are not ready and was expected to wait or return later!!! I pushed the workers to have this fixed as they were not meeting their commitment, the gentleman explained that since my glasses were purchased from different vision express branch it will be classified as a second class, as this branch would only prioritise its customers! And they have been busy!! I’ve been a customer of vision express for almost 10 years and never i have experienced any nonsense like this, one of the key selling points for vision express is the repair of glasses can be undertaken at any vision express branch, there was no mention of unseen priority list!!! And the worse part when the glasses arrived they had the same sellotape that I brought them in with and when I asked for cleaning product to clean the lens's I was handed a random product that didn’t clean the lens, the worse part when I touched the lens and it was loose!!! Waiting all this time and not having the job completed is ridiculous. I then had to visit a vision express branch in another visit who was able to rectify this issue in one hour!!! Terrible customer service. The staff are clueless!!! Unacceptable at all!!!
