My wife and I have been going to see Adam for almost ten years and the quality of his work and patient care has been unmatched. He listens to each of his patients and works with them to find the best solution whether it is eye glasses, contact lenses, or treating dry eye. His colleague, Immy, is also exceptional and she runs the store impeccably and has a great eye for the appropriate frames to suit any individual taste. The store is a warm and comfortable environment and takes any stress from the process. I highly recommend a visit.
I have been going to Adam for over 15 years to help me battle my declining vision due to old age :, 15-0 score to Adam every year. There is never a visit to Primrose Hill that doesn't include a walk into his shop, and unfortunately Adam and team constantly merchandise with such great frames that I can't help just buy a new pair. This has never been more true since Adam started to source, and then introduce me to Jacque Marie Mage. Adam and team always deliver an incredible service end to end, and this is the reason I have been a customer for 15 years across 3 continents. I'll never go anywhere else no matter where in the world I am.
Adam and his team are amazing! I'm super fussy, for me it's about comfort of the glasses so I can be very indecisive. They are very practical and sort the wood from the trees, making it a very easy process in choosing what will work for you. Adam knows what is doing, I have varifocals they are always spot on. Highly recommended!
Can’t speak highly enough of Adam Simmonds and his team. They are experienced and highly professional. Came to them after a bad experience and they put me right immediately and from then on whenever I’ve looked for new glasses they have been honest about how they look not ever looking simply to make a sale. All the staff are welcoming, detailed and make walking into the store a pleasure. Am so pleased to finally have found an Opticians with an excellent choice of glasses/sunglasses and a highly experienced optician in Adam. I’m not going anywhere else.
Adam and his whole team are the best. I’ve been coming here for several years for eye care, I loved them so much after my first appointment I booked one for my husband. Adam uses very modern and current technology unlike the high street places I’ve used in the past. I can’t recommend them enough. Simply the best.
Adam is a superb Optometrist. He is a perfectionist, and his eye tests are always spot on. He has the latest equipment and nothing is left to chance. He also has great taste and the most wonderful range of frames, from classic to super quirky. There is something here for everyone. Adam and his assistants a special mention to Immy give superb customer service. Nothing is too much trouble. A really great place to go for all your optical needs.
Even though he is a spurs fan, I have always left the health of my eyes in Adam’s hands because he is a truly great optician and provides a top class service. The staff are also very friendly, caring and professional and make you feel comfortable when there whether it be shopping for new specs or collecting your contact lenses. There is also always an amazing selection of glasses to choose from. Could t recommend this place more highly of you are looking for an opticians.
I first visited Adam Simmonds in Primrose Hill in about 2006 having researched where to buy really cool eye candy. I haven't looked back. Upon my first visit to this wonderful emporium I bought some really cool glasses and sun glasses and I've been returning ever since. You can rest assured of really good service, exceptional knowledge from Adam who really knows his onions and what he doesn't know about eye health probably isn't worth knowing. Highly recommend.....
I have been going to Adam Simmonds for over ten years. He is a fantastic optician, completely professional, extremely knowledgeable and thorough and I wouldn't trust the health of mine and my family's eyes to anyone else. Visiting his Primrose Hill shop is always a very pleasant experience, his staff are friendly and welcoming and he has a great and varied range of frames, sunglasses and lenses. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
Adam was fantastic in evaluating my needs with regards to fitting contact lenses something I had struggled with in the past at other opticians. Adam explained the process in an easy-to-understand manner, handling everything with professionalism and efficiency. He and his staff are so friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone.
