Have used the store for many years. But, my last visit felt very rushed. Great reluctance to let me have details of my glasses prescription even though I am legally entitled to this information. A promise to get back to me was not met. A real disappointment, but I will probably use another opticians next time. The company is said to be in administration; not an encouraging sign. Also, the staff seem to come and go.
Great service. My luggage was delayed/lost and I needed a few pairs of contact lenses for the weekend. The sales person at the 20/20 store was very helpful and provided me with three pairs completely free of charge.
2020 Optical Store has gone into Administration. I wouldn’t purchase anything from this store as they haven’t given me a refund as well as not receiving my frames a total of £445.00
Bought my Jaguar glasses from here, I was really pleased with the service, they helped me a lot with the set and design as I was confused what type suits me the best.
