Came here for years, was fairly happy with my stylist (Phong/Fong?) but after new owners took over a few years back they kept putting the prices up to a point it was ridiculous and it was near-impossible to book an appointment on the phone so I left. Shame as it was a nice little salon before.

This was my third time, thoroughly enjoyed the wash with a little massage. I was looked after very well specially afer three major surgeries.

I showed her a picture of my hair a few months ago and said it doesn't have to be that short. I left with the shortest hair I've ever had. It is 100% not what I asked for. It doesn't look good. I don't think she even listened to me when I told her what I wanted. I will not be going back. I do not recommend.

VOTED THE WORSE PEOPLE ON THIS PLANET. JUST GO THERE AND YOU WHAT WE ALL MEAN. EVEN THE OWNERS. POOR SERVICE, HAIR-CUT YOU BETTER HAVE A WIG, THEY ARE EXPENSIVE THAN ANY ONE. THEY ARE WORSE THAN ANY ONE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ANY GOOD COMMENTS ARE FROM OLD PEOPLE OR THEMSELVES I WOULD GUESS. THE LADY BEAUTICIAN IS GOOD I HAVE TO SAY

Was recommended this place by a friend. Went there and had a lady who hardly spoke English cutting my hair! Messed my hair up! Was not even near enough what I wanted! Have pictures of the outcome! Never going back..
