Fair sized hair & wig range and a very decent sized hair produce area including large range of Cantu, Kera Care to mention a few. Recently and to my personal joy (and obvious by my pictures) they have extended their range of Taliah Waajid products. The staff are relaxed and on hand to help where possible and even come forward with the odd joke. The store is open 7 days a week (not sure of exact times sorry)Why not 5 stars? Well there's always room for improvement

HOW RUDE _-APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE: I've been buying all my hair products - from extensions to shampoos, conditioners and the lot - from this stop since it opened in Harrow and am usually there every month; and though I have had a few instances when I wasn't too happy with the customer service, my last service received was appalling, hence this review. I went in on Sunday afternoon, 02 April 17, to busy several packs of extensions and other hair treatment products. Whilst searching for a particular product, I overheard someone behind me asking if I needed help. I turned as I wasn't sure the person was speaking to me; and it was at this point that I caught the staff member 'flipping me off'! At first I was so shock all I could say was 'Is that how you treat your customers?'. After gathering my thoughts, I approached the staff (a man) who had flipped me off to question his lack of customer service. He first denied he had done anything but later justified his behaviour because, as he put it, I hadn't responded when he asked twice if I needed help; and proceeded to get into an argument with me over his response. At this I decided to put back the products I was going to buy and said I wasn't giving my money to a business which had no concept of customer service and were being outright rude to me. An older member of staff then started taking the products out of my hands and asked me not to return to the shop. I have decided to never ever return to M&M in Harrow as in an industry where customer service is key, they have no concept of how to treat customers; and would certainly pass on my review by word of mouth to anyone I know who's looking to buy from them. And if it were possible, I would have given them a no star rating for this review. They've definitely lost a customer.
