The customer service is very poor from the Eastern European lady. No talk or offer of tea/coffee.  The elderly lady stares a lot. The blond hairdresser is the most friendly.  Though they offer a fair enough haircut, I have moved elsewhere to Headmasters which offers the best customer service in Harrow with great costs and reductions. When someone goes to a hairdresser, it should be a time to relax and enjoy with a tea/coffee and read of a paper. Nothing like this is offered in this Salon unless you specifically request a drink or paper. These requests shouldn't be made but part of the service.
